KPI Dashboard
KPI Dashboard
Welcome to the KPI Dashboard—your go-to hub for tracking the health and performance of your eCommerce site. This dashboard gives you real-time visibility into critical metrics like page load times, Core Web Vitals, conversion success rates, and more.
What You’ll See First
When you open the dashboard, you'll find:
- Core Web Vitals: CLS, FID, LCP, and others.
- Page Load Times: How quickly your pages are loading.
- Conversion Rate: Key metrics for site performance.
Each chart includes a gray benchmark line representing your KPI target. Metrics are color-coded for easy interpretation:
✅ Green: You're hitting or exceeding your goal.
❌ Red: Your performance is below the threshold.
By default, data reflects the last 7 days, but you can easily adjust the timeframe using the date picker.
Managing KPIs
To tailor the dashboard to your needs:
Click Manage KPIs.
Select from the list and click Apply to activate a new KPI.
To update an existing KPI’s threshold, click View.
Tip: Thresholds are based on success rates—set them according to the performance you aim to maintain. For example, if your goal is to keep CLS below 0.25, that becomes your KPI threshold.
KPI Modes: Success Rate vs Daily Average
Some KPIs offer two modes:
- Success Rate: Set a performance percentage. E.g., setting “Add to Cart” at 80% will trigger a red alert if it drops below.
- Daily Average: Tracks average daily activity regardless of outcome success.
Choose the mode that aligns with your business objectives.
Why It Matters
The KPI Dashboard is your first stop when logging into the platform. It offers:
- A snapshot of your site’s health
- A heads-up on underperforming areas
- A way to prioritize actions efficiently
