Technology Overview Report

Welcome to your Technology Overview Report—your one-stop view for understanding how your website’s pages are performing from a technical perspective. We’re here to help you spot what’s working well, and more importantly, what might need a little love.

Page List & Filtering

On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of your site’s pages, sorted by number of sessions within your selected time frame. The more visits a page gets, the higher it appears.

Need to zoom in on specific segments? Use the dropdown menu to group pages by:

  • Location
  • Device type
  • Browser

This makes it easy to understand how different visitors are experiencing your site.

Page-Level Metrics

When you select a page, a detailed overview appears on the right side of the screen. Here’s what you’ll find for each page:

  • Sessions: How many times the page was viewed.
  • Average load time: How long the page takes to fully load.
  • JavaScript errors: Any code issues affecting functionality.
  • Failed network calls: Unsuccessful backend or API requests.
  • Core Web Vitals: Key performance indicators for user experience.

Device & Browser Breakdown

Scroll down to see how different devices and browsers are interacting with the page. Below that, you'll find easy-to-read pie charts for:

  • Sessions
  • Load time
  • JavaScript errors
  • Failed calls

These trends help you quickly detect issues so you can take action before they impact your customers.

Why Use This Report?

The goal is simple: give you a clear, actionable snapshot of how your pages are performing technically. Whether you're tackling slow load times or debugging errors, this report helps you prioritize and act fast—without needing to dig through raw data.

Important tips!

  • When assessing the volume of Java script errors and failed calls - always take into account the total number of sessions to understand the potential volume of errors (e.g. are they impacting 1% of the sessions or 40% of the sessions on the page).
  • To smooth out trend lines, you can adjust the timeframe for which the trend line is plotted. For smoother trends, consider selecting longer time periods, such as 12 hours or 24 hours
